How does it work?

It couldn’t be simpler. Every customer that you book onto one of our group tours, private tours or short/stay/stopover extension packages earns you one point (minimum booking value $2500pp). Keep booking to earn more points, add up all your points over a maximum two-year period, and find which WU Travel Rewards Self-Famil tour you can ‘redeem’ your points towards.(land only). For as little as nine points you could be exploring India’s Golden Triangle for FREE!

Remember, that’s ONE point per customer, not per booking. For example, three customers on one booking earns you three points (Minimum booking value $2500pp). The more bookings you make, the more points you earn to get you travelling sooner! There is no limit to how many times you can qualify within in the rolling two-year period!

How to Earn, Track and Redeem your Points

We encourage you to track your own points, so you have your numbers close at hand - just in case you’re close to reaching the required points for a FREE tour! Once you've earned the required points and are ready to redeem them towards a qualifying tour, email your details and booking references to salessupport@wendywutours.com.au or your WWT State Account Manager. Our Sales Support team will verify your points/bookings meet the qualification requirements and will confirm if you have qualified in writing with 5-10 business days.

Important: Points are valid from the date of each booking for a two-year rolling period; therefore, points will expire outside this period so keep track of where you’re at!

Terms & Conditions

Earn WU Travel Reward points on deposited bookings for any Wendy Wu Tour product (excluding Special Groups) starting from 1 April 2022.

• One point is earned per passenger booked, with a minimum qualifying value of $2,500 per person.
• Points can be redeemed against any land only departure date, from the selected tour options listed, and must be taken within the current year or the next.
• Points are allocated to individual travel consultants and are non-transferrable.
• Points are calculated on fully paid bookings per passenger for redemption on the eligible tour.
• Points are redeemable for a two-year rolling period from the final payment date of each qualifying booking.
• Agents redeem their accrued points towards a solo room option as per outlined in the points table, however we can advise a twin share room price for an accompanying companion at a discounted land only rate.
• Any non-redeemed points outside this rolling two-year period will be forfeited including any bonus points earned.
• WU Travel Rewards are based on ‘land only’ however if agents wish to add other services such as flights, extensions, stopovers and pre or post tour hotel nights. This can be arranged and paid for separately by the agent. Our reservations team can assist, once your actual tour date has been confirmed.
• Your WU Travel Reward booking is not eligible with any other offers, discounts, or promotions and is not combinable with any other trade offer.
• No commissions are payable on WU Travel Rewards bookings.
• Wendy Wu Tours Special Groups are excluded from this program.
• Normal Wendy Wu Tours booking conditions apply on all WU Travel Rewards bookings. For any cancelled bookings, any associated points will be automatically removed.
• Fringe Benefit Tax is the sole responsibility of the participating travel agent.
• Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to change or withdraw this rewards program at any time for any reason.
