Our Service: Excellent
Everything has always been perfect. We are well looked after. They offer a great selection of tours to suit all requirements. All meals, at well sourced places, are included. Great internal guides. Couldn't ask for more.
We have been on three tours so far and have just booked our fourth.

Our guide was excellent, everything went to plan, even when the weather was against us, the plan slightly improved so we still enjoyed the sights.
Could use more time to get ready in between coming back from a sightseeing trip and dinner.

Fantastic holiday would definitely recommend, our tour guide Keiko was excellent and getting 28 people together every day in the same place at the same time is not easy but she managed and done a fantastic job explained everything we were doing for the next day we covered a lot in the time we were there plus we extended our stay 3 days before the tour started and 3 days after it ended which was lovely

My first experience with WendyWu has been excellent. The phone was answered promptly, Steve was able to answer all my queries and when I needed time to think he gave me a reference number so on my follow-up call I was redirected to him. The booking process was easy and confirmation of my booking was sent almost immediately. I am looking forward to my trip next year and have confidence that it will meet my expectations. If I have any queries in the meantime I am sure that I will receive the same service.

This was a great holiday, to include as much as possible. Great eating experiences and good quality hotels. The only negative that most group members agreed, it was such a experienced filled holiday it was exhausting!
