Service rating :

We had excellent service from all our guides, local and national and were pleased to have opportunities to visit other sites between the cooking. We especially enjoyed our boat tour on the Mekong River.

Product :

It was an excellent holiday. We enjoyed being taken round the markets before the cooking demonstration, then we had an opportunity to cook and also taste / eat what we had made. The chefs who did the demonstrations / teaching were all very good. In fact it was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday despite the long flight from UK to Vietnam.
