Extraordinary tours by the Award-Winning Tour Specialist
Most airlines now require your full first name, middle name (if you have one) and surname. These must be provided exactly as they appear on your passport, otherwise boarding may be denied.
To help you decide which is the right tour for you, we have developed an easy fitness grading system for every one of our tours. You can find the fitness grading on each tour page, the Tour Dossier and further information on each grading here.
You must be sufficiently fit and healthy to be able to take part in all included elements of the tour. The day-to-day activies will be detailed in the Tour Dossier.
Depending on the passport you hold, a visa may be required for entry into the destination you are travelling and is NOT included in the tour price. We strongly recommend to visit the applicable visa application centre website to find out more or refer to the trip notes for the relevant tour on our website.
It is strongly recommended that you are adequately covered by insurance for the duration of your travel arrangements. We recommend that you take out a policy as soon as you pay your deposit. Any pre-existing must be declared to your insurers. Please send us a copy of your insurance provider, policy number, and the overseas emergency number before you depart.
While we will endeavour to meet your special requests, we're unable to guarantee any. Please let us know if you have any requests, including dietary preferrences, bedding requests, such as twin or double bedding, so we can organise with our local ground operators.
If you, or any member of your party, has any health conditions or food allergies which may affect you while travelling, you must provide us with full details in writing prior to making your booking so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of your arrangements.
Wendy Wu Tours does not give specific health advice, but we do recommend you see your doctor at least six weeks prior to travel for advice and to allow time for any necessary vaccinations. Please remember to take your itinerary with you. Read more here.
We strongly recommend registering your travel plans with www.smartraveller.gov.au as in the event of an emergency, Australian Consular assistance will be more readily available. You can also access the Australian Government’s travel advisory service for up to date information about your destination on the same website.
When you book, you will be asked if you have read and understand the Booking Conditions. Although many people decide not to read the small print, you will find that a great deal of useful information is included within it. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this.
