Bruny Island Holidays

Celebrating 25 Years of tour excellence

Located off the southeastern coast of Tasmania, this 50km stretch called Bruny Island possesses some of Tasmania’s most beautiful, rugged coastline scenery as well as being home to the most pristine natural environment with its abundant wildlife such as fur seals and little penguins!

Bruny Island, appears to look like two separate islands, but it is actually connected by a very narrow stretch of land known as the ‘neck’, which is a significant haven for native wildlife. Truganini Lookout provides stunning 360-degree views and is perhaps the most photographed location across the island.

It's not just the rugged natural beauty of Bruny Island that makes it a must-see attraction, for it is also renowned as ‘foodie heaven’ with a diverse range of local produce available to sample.

The wild and rugged coastline of the Island is home to all kinds of marine life, from Australian fur seals to little penguins. You may also spot some dolphins or migrating whales further out to sea. Inland, there are also many opportunities to see padymelons, wombats or echidnas ambling through the bushland.
